Drag Race

yep had my first official unofficial street drag race on Wednesday. It was against a 1980's model two door coupe Pontiac. It looked stock as far as I could tell, engine was probably a 4 or 6 cylinder, possibly could have been a v6. Anyway I won't tell you exactly where (if any of my friends won't to know exactly where come ask) ,but I'm siting at a red light and this dude screeches to a halt beside me looks at me and revs his engine. So I'm siting there thinking oh it's on now! The light turns green I gun it I have the better reaction time. I'm pulling away amazingly enough his front bumper is at my rear bumper by the time we hit 60.now 70. By this time we have caught up to a slow move car in my lane. So I have to slow down, but if that car hadn't been in my lane I would've won no problem. So that is my little adventure for the week.
