Muscle cars

In this day and age of performance cars there are no true muscle cars. Yeah we have fast cars but these fast cars don't have raw horse power. Today's car rely on gears to attain fast speeds not the engines capacity to crank out the horse power needed to win a race. Yes I know today's car are more economic gas wise atleast because two holley four barrel carburetors or six deuce's on an engine can suck gas. My dad was telling me about this guy who had four duece's on his car, you could literally watch the gas gauge go from full to empty when he did the 1/4 mile at the strip. I also have yet to see a car from this day and age pop a wheely in second gear like a 1969 mach 1 mustang with a 428 or boss 429 can. Also I love the low vibrating growl of muscle cars not the annoying whine of todays performance cars.
So even if I'm stuck driving todays so called performance cars I will always be a muscle car man.
I hope own my own 69 boss 429 mach 1 mustang and I will be kicking butt at the drag strip with it. To all you true muscle car drivers no matter what the muscle you drive. Drive it hard and fast.
